Compete

Ahhh, yes. The pinnacle.

Competing is more than just being a nerdy athlete. It’s a standard to live by. It’s a goal you set for yourself, not once but over and over. It keeps you fit, it keeps you training, and it keeps you concerned about your body. Ted says, “we sign up because it makes us train”.

What can you sign up for? It doesn’t need to be a race, exactly. Your “competition” can take on many forms. We recommend a race, but you’ll know if something else meets the bill. Like climbing San Gorgonio, for instance.
